You got what you chased. Why does it still feel off?
I coach driven people who have done well by every external measure and quietly feel like they’re living someone else’s definition of success. Not because anything is wrong with them, but because the life they built runs on goals and shoulds instead of on what they actually value. This isn’t a program you sign up for. It starts with a conversation and an honest look at what’s really going on, and works from there.
Why me
I did this work on myself before I did it for anyone else.
I spent over twenty years building companies and leading engineering teams. I hit the marks I was chasing and burned out anyway, more than once, because I kept trying to earn a sense of worth that achievement was never going to hand me. What changed things wasn’t working harder. It was doing the work, with a coach in my corner, to get clear on what I actually value and to build my life around that instead of around the next win. It reset the trajectory of everything. I got certified as a Health and Life Coach so I could sit in that chair for someone else.
What we’re after
What changes when your life runs on your values.
- Work that energizesYour work starts to feel like the natural overflow of your skills and energy, not something you spend the weekend recovering from.
- Room to breatheAutonomy over your time and your direction, so you can take a step without first asking permission for it.
- Potential, unlockedThe capacity you have been holding back to fit in gets to come out and actually do something.
- Worth you stop chasingYou stop trying to earn a value you already have, and start building from it instead.
The root of it
Your worth was never the thing in question.
Here’s what I actually believe. Everyone has inherent worth, and it isn’t something you earn by achieving enough. The odds of you being here at all are one in trillions. Most of the driven people I work with have spent years trying to earn a value they already had, and calling the exhaustion that comes with it ambition. The work isn’t to become worthy of the life you want. It’s to build a life that runs on who you already are.
In their words
What it feels like from the other chair.
“Josh is one of those coaches you instantly feel safe with. He brings presence, warmth, and focus to every session. He has a gift for drawing out insight without ever pushing. His questions are clear and thoughtful, his timing is intuitive, and his reflections often lead to powerful a-ha moments. You get the sense he’s genuinely with you in the work, and that kind of partnership is rare.”
Nicole Walden“I left feeling deeply seen, supported, and even a little changed. You created a space that felt both safe and expansive, and that’s no small thing. What stood out most was your presence: warm, calm, and completely engaged. It was clear you were listening not just to my words, but to what was underneath them.”
Daniela Levy

I didn’t appoint myself a coach. I trained as one, certified as both a Health Coach and a Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute.
How to start
This starts with a conversation.
No packages, no funnel. If any of this landed, email me and tell me a little about where you are. First conversation, not a pitch, and we’ll see if it’s a fit.
